Na základe dohody medzi Certifikačným orgán osôb TÜV Thüringen Slovakia s.r.o. a certifikovanou osobou je povinnosťou certifikovanej osoby zasielať raz ročne certifikačnému orgánu informáciu o činnosti potvrdenú zamestnávateľom (Formulár F-302-46, F-302-47). Platnosť vydaného certifikátu, tak nebude pozastavená na základe významného prerušenia činnosti. Významné prerušenie činnosti je neprítomnosť alebo zmena pracovnej činnosti, ktorá certifikovanej osobe bráni vykonávať povinnosti zodpovedajúce stupňu, metóde a sektoru (sektorom) v rozsahu certifikácie, buď počas nepretržitého obdobia presahujúceho jeden rok alebo počas dvoch alebo viacerých období s celkovou dobou presahujúcou dva roky. Zákonná dovolenka alebo obdobie choroby alebo školenia kratšie ako 30 dní sa pri výpočte prerušenia neberú do úvahy.
Informácie o činnosti spolu so záznamami preukazujúce splnenie požiadaviek na zrakové schopnosti (Formulár F-302-03) v súlade s bodom 7.4 normy EN ISO 9712:2022 (ostrosť zraku na blízko 1x za rok, farebné videnie 1x za 5 kalendárnych rokov) zasielajte na email: certifikacia@tuv-thueringen.sk.
Based on the agreement between the Personnel Certification Body TÜV Thüringen Slovakia s.r.o. and the certified person, it is the obligation of the certified person to submit once a year to the certification body an activity report confirmed by the employer (Form F-302-46, F-302-47). In this way, the validity of the issued certificate shall not be suspended due to a significant interruption of activity.
A significant interruption of activity is defined as an absence or a change in professional duties that prevents the certified person from performing tasks corresponding to the level, method, and sector(s) within the scope of certification, either for a continuous period exceeding one year, or for two or more periods with a total duration exceeding two years. Statutory leave, or periods of illness or training shorter than 30 days, shall not be taken into account in the calculation of such interruption.
The activity report, together with records demonstrating compliance with vision requirements (Form F-302-03) in accordance with clause 7.4 of EN ISO 9712:2022 (near vision acuity once per year, colour vision once every five calendar years), shall be submitted to the following email address: certifikacia@tuv-thueringen.sk.
